Deed and Bills of Sale. Daytona-RCC Land Sellers shall convey fee simple title to the Land free and clear of all liens, charges and encumbrances, except the Permitted Encumbrances, by statutory warranty deed. The other Sellers shall convey their interests in ground leases, subground leases, and improvements thereon by deeds and/or assignments and bills of sale in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.
