Dedicated Wells definition

Dedicated Wells means both: i) those well(s) and wellbore(s) described on Exhibit B, including any replacement(s) thereto; and ii) any other wells situated within the Dedicated Acreage in which Supplier owns or acquires any Production Interest during the Term.

Examples of Dedicated Wells in a sentence

  • If Shipper fails to conform the Gas, Gatherer may conform the Gas under the terms of Section 4.7. If neither Party elects to conform the Gas for a period exceeding thirty (30) Days, then Gatherer will release the Dedicated Well(s) producing such Gas from the terms of this Agreement.

  • If Shipper fails to conform the Gas, Gatherer may conform the Gas under the terms of Section 4.4. If neither Party elects to conform the Gas for a period exceeding thirty (30) Days, then Gatherer will release the Dedicated Well(s) producing such Gas from the terms of this Agreement.

  • Supplier may use Gas produced from the Dedicated Acreage and/or Dedicated Well(s) for the purpose of developing and operating same, including the use of Gas for Gas lifting or for pressure maintenance and/or cycling operations, but Company shall not be obligated to return Residue Gas to Supplier’s lease for use in the development and operation of the Dedicated Acreage and/or Dedicated Well(s); it being Supplier’s obligation to make arrangements to receive any such Residue Gas at the tailgate of the Plant.

  • And following is a potential drilling commitment coupled with a no shut-in provision: Producer agrees to (i) drill and complete at least one Dedicated Well during the term of this Agreement and (ii) use commercially reasonable efforts to not shut-in any Dedicated Well(s) unless Producer reasonably concludes such Dedicated Well(s) has reached the end of its useful life or safety, technical or mechanical reasons necessitate shutting-in such Dedicated Well(s).

  • Dedicated Gas” under the Mockingbird GGC means: “[A]ll Gas owned or Controlled by Producers or their Affiliates and produced from the Dedicated Properties through Dedicated Wells, save and except Gas reserved and excepted under Section 1.2 (Reservations from Dedication) of this Base Contract.

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

  • Shallow well means a well located and constructed in such a manner that there is not a continuous layer of low permeability soil or rock (or equivalent retarding mechanism acceptable to the department) at least 5 feet thick, the top of which is located at least 25 feet below the normal ground surface and above the aquifer from which water is to be drawn.

  • Water well means an excavation that is drilled, cored, bored, augered, washed, driven, dug, jetted, or otherwise constructed for the purpose of exploring for groundwater, monitoring groundwater, utilizing the geothermal properties of the ground, or extracting water from or injecting water into the aquifer. “Water well” does not include an open ditch or drain tiles or an excavation made for obtaining or prospecting for oil, natural gas, minerals, or products mined or quarried.

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Injection well means a well into which fluids are injected. (See also “underground injection”.)

  • Abandoned well means a well whose use has been permanently discontinued or which is in a state of disrepair such that it cannot be used for its intended purpose or for observation purposes.

  • Oil well means any well capable of producing oil or oil and casinghead gas from a common source of supply as determined by the commission.

  • stratigraphic test well means a drilling effort, geologically directed, to obtain information pertaining to a specific geologic condition. Ordinarily, such wells are drilled without the intention of being completed for hydrocarbon production. They include wells for the purpose of core tests and all types of expendable holes related to hydrocarbon exploration. Stratigraphic test wells are classified as (i) "exploratory type" if not drilled into a proved property; or (ii) "development type", if drilled into a proved property. Development type stratigraphic wells are also referred to as "evaluation wells".

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Subject Lands means the lands subject to or covered by the oil and gas leases described in Exhibit A, insofar and only insofar as they are located within the AMI Area and cover the Target Formation, subject to the exceptions, exclusions and reservations set forth on such Exhibit A.

The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Horizontal well means a well bore drilled laterally at an angle of at least eighty (80) degrees to the vertical or with a horizontal projection exceeding one hundred (100) feet measured from the initial point of penetration into the productive formation through the terminus of the lateral in the same common source of supply.

  • Paying quantities as used herein shall mean and refer to quantities of oil and gas or of either of them sufficient to pay for the current cost of producing same.

  • Well-logging means all operations involving the lowering and raising of measuring devices or tools that may contain sources of radiation into well-bores or cavities for the purpose of obtaining information about the well or adjacent formations.

  • Dedicated check source means a radioactive source that is used to assure the constant operation of a radiation detection or measurement device over several months or years. This source may also be used for other purposes.
