Common use of Dedicated Access Service Clause in Contracts

Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $90 to $5,000 for DS-0 Access Circuits, DS-1 (Terrestrial Digital Service 1.5) Access Circuits and DS-3 Access Circuits at 21 NPA/NXX locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $90 150 to $5,000 4,000 for DS-0 Access Circuits, DS-1 (Terrestrial Digital Service 1.5) Access Circuits DS-3 and Type 1 DS-3 Access Circuits Service at 21 NPA/NXX locations 18 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. The $150 rate is applicable to DS-3 Cross-Connect circuits only.
