Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $239.00 to $289.00 for DS1 Metro Private Line Service between 2 CLLI code locations pairs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. Customer will receive three (3) year Term associated with Metro Private Line Service. Discounts:
Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring rate of $3,510 for Metro Private Line Service on 1 circuit mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Customer.
Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $272 for Metro Private Line Service at 6 Circuit IDs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. Discounts:
Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charges ranging from $2,456.25 to $3,975.62 for Type 1 and Type 2 DS-3 service between 2 location pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $191.70 per-circuit service at 2 locations mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charge of $303.30 for DS1 service between 2 mutually agreed upon locations by Customer and Company.
Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $4,879 for DS-1 Point to Point Metro Private Line Service at 1 city pair mutually/NPA/NXX location mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. The non-recurring charge is waived. Company will waive the Early Termination Liability associated with this circuit. A 1 year circuit term applies.
Metro Private Line Service. MCI WorldCom will provide Metro Private Line Access Service pursuant to the MFS Telecom FCC Tariff No. 2 and all other applicable US Tariffs. Type 1 discounts set forth herein apply when both terminating locations of the circuit are “On-Net” (i.e., MCI WorldCom owns the entire local loop), as verified by reference to MCI WorldCom location records. Type 2 rates set forth herein apply when one terminating location in On-Net and one terminating location is local exchange carrier-owned and leased by MCI WorldCom for Customer’s use. Collocation installation fees are not waived under this Agreement (except to the extent the Installation Waivers herein apply). Except as specifically set forth herein, Metro Private Line Services will be provided at standard tariffed rates.
Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $1,058 for DS-3 Metro Private Line service at 1 CLLI code pair/Circuit ID mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. Classifications, Practices and Regulations:
Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly charges ranging from $563 to $5,000 for T-1 and DS-3 Metro Private Line Service between 4 NPA/NXX locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
Metro Private Line Service. The Company will waive the 12 month minimum term commitment for 10G Ethernet LAN PHY Metro Private Line Service at 5 Circuit IDs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. Interface Charges: In lieu of any other rates or discounts, Customer will pay a range monthly recurring charges from $32.00 to $5.00 for interfaces associated with the Metro Private Line circuits based on the circuit speed (DS1, DS3, STS-1, OC3/c, OC12/12c, OC48) of the interface. No discounts apply to the rates listed above. Metro Private Line SONET Service and Ethernet Services: DS3 Type 1 Hub Pricing: In lieu of any other rates, discounts or promotions, Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $250.00 for ONNET DS3 Type Hubs. This rate shall be fixed for the Term and Type1 access charges shall also apply.
Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $392 for DS1 Metro Private Line Service between 2 CLLI codes and/or NPA/NXX locations mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. The Non-Recurring Charge for the aforementioned DS1 Metro Private Line Service will be waived. Metro Private Line 10G LAN Phy (Protected and Unprotected): In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $3,500 to $5,500 for Metro Private Line 10G LAN Phy (Protected and Unprotected) Service. These rates apply to new circuits ordered after the 45th Amendment Effective Date. Discounts:
