Decanting. 35.8 Having consulted the Sponsor Body, the relevant Corporate Officer shall devise a Decant Procedure for each area to be a Decanted Area, which will be agreed by the Parties and attached to this Agreement as Appendix 7. This procedure shall include a detailed programme for vacating each area, which takes into account the Programme schedule. The Corporate Officers shall provide clear milestone dates and dependencies so that the Sponsor Body and the Delivery Authority are clear as to any requirements of them.

Decanting. 1.13The Parties shall each comply with their respective obligations set out in the Decant Protocol (and shall not be in breach of such obligations to the extent any failure to do so arises directly from any default of the other Party).

The Contractor has (exercising the level of skill and care reasonably to be expected from an appropriately qualified and competent operator providing services in relation to a project of a similar size and scope to the Project) (i) carried out its own inspections and made its own assessment of the Initial Legacy Authority Equipment and (ii) carried out an assessment of the Initial New Authority Equipment, and and has determined that, in order to provide the Services and comply with the Area Data Sheets, the Contractor Equipment is necessary in addition to the Initial Legacy Authority Equipment and the Initial New Authority Equipment. The Contractor has projected that the cost of the Contractor Equipment is equal to the Contractor Equipment Provisional Sum and the Base Case includes an allowance for the Contractor to purchase Contractor Equipment up to the value of the Contractor Equipment Provisional Sum. The Contractor shall purchase, provide and install Contractor Equipment in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of the Facilities Output Specification. The Contractor shall only purchase or provide and install Contractor Equipment that is Approved Contractor Equipment that has been purchased or provided in accordance with the Loose Equipment Purchase Protocol. The Contractor shall submit to the Authority pursuant to Schedule 8 (Review Procedure) its proposals for Approved Contractor Equipment and shall set out any difference in cost between the actual cost of the Approved Contractor Equipment and the Contractor Equipment Provisional Sum. To the extent that the actual cost of the Approved Contractor Equipment exceeds the Contractor Equipment Provisional Sum, the Authority shall pay the difference to the Contractor within twenty Business Days of receipt of the Contractor's invoic...
Decanting. The Supplier shall transfer the waste from the lockable console or sack into a secure container/console on the vehicle for transportation Off-Site.  The Supplier must provide a waste transfer certificate after each collection of documents, signed by the Contracting Authorities Personnel On-Site prior to departure, which lists the number and type of containers/consoles collected.  The Supplier shall provide a certificate of Destruction for each collection made, cross referencing the transaction number, the number of types of containers/consoles, and the name of the authorised person that has witnessed the destruction.

The bidder must submit the Technical Data Sheet describing the method they intend to use for decanting into JRA’s tanks / loading into JRA vehicles and distributing and safety precautions that are intended to be adopted for the prevention of fires or bursting of hose pipes, etc. The section of safety of Contractor’s suppliers/distributors must also be completed if applicable.

  • Cemetery The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained. In addition, Local Church will honor any and all contracts, deeds, and agreements for burial and/or internment in its cemetery or columbarium, as well as insuring and continued access for families and loved ones of United Methodists buried there and for burials in unfilled xxxxxx and columbarium slots (including granting an access easement to the Conference and members of the United Methodist Church for visitations, historical research, and related purposes).

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Blasting Blasting shall be permitted only for road construction purposes unless advance permission is obtained from Forest Service. Whenever the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is II or greater, a fire security person equipped with a long handled round point No. 0 or larger shovel and a 5 gallon backpack pump can filled with water, will stay at location of blast for 1 hour after blasting is done. Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.

  • Ambulance The deductible and coinsurance for services not subject to copays applies.

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

  • Virus Management Transfer Agent shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within the Transfer Agent environment.

  • Mowing Mowing, edging (of sidewalks, paved approaches and curbs), litter removal, herbicide treatment, grass clipping removal, and brush control are included under one bid item. Regular mowing under this contract is generally limited to mowing areas of shoulders, front and back slopes of ditches less than or equal to three-to-one (3:1) slope, roadside retention areas, dry roadside ditch bottoms, median islands and various width utility strips and similar areas. Slope mowing, which is also a contract requirement, is generally limited to slopes greater or steeper than three-to-one (3:1) and are relatively inaccessible to the use of conventional mowing equipment (e.g., steep slopes, retention area banks and shores, bridge/overpass banks, canal banks, wet roadside ditches, etc). These types of areas will normally require equipment specifically designed for this type of work. When slope mowing is performed, it will incorporate the use of string trimmers to protect the integrity of the slope and prevent damage to the turf. Sign posts, mailboxes, guardrails, trees, roadside outfall structures, fences, divider walls, shrubs, plants, light poles, utility flags or other such obstacles to mowing will be hand mowed or trimmed around as necessary to present a groomed appearance. Top of vegetation on wet bottom ditches areas must be cut-off to the water’s level. Particular attention will be paid to planted areas. Any damage that occurs to plants, trees, shrubs, mulched beds, tree rings, sprinkler heads, etc., will be repaired or restored, at the Contractor’s expense, before the cycle is completed. Mowing will also include grass clipping removal and litter removal, edging, and herbicide treatment. These costs will be included in the unit price bid for right-of-way mowing.
