Common use of Decanting Clause in Contracts

Decanting.  The Supplier shall transfer the waste from the lockable console or sack into a secure container/console on the vehicle for transportation Off-Site.  The Supplier must provide a waste transfer certificate after each collection of documents, signed by the Contracting Authorities Personnel On-Site prior to departure, which lists the number and type of containers/consoles collected.  The Supplier shall provide a certificate of Destruction for each collection made, cross referencing the transaction number, the number of types of containers/consoles, and the name of the authorised person that has witnessed the destruction.
