Debiting of Card Account. We may debit the Card Account with the amount of all Card Transactions. In addition, we may debit the Card Account for unauthorised transactions referred to in Clause 6.3 below. We shall re-credit the Card Account with a corresponding amount where we had previously debited the Card Account for any card transaction for which you are not liable.

Debiting of Card Account. We may debit the Card Account with the amount of all Card Transactions, including all Card Transactions made or effected via any Enabled Device(s), and/or where any Card has been enrolled on multiple Enabled Device(s), and in each instance, whether by you or another person (whether with or without your knowledge or authority) and notwithstanding. You warrant and confirm that you have obtained all requisite consents for the use of any Enabled Device(s). Unless OCBC notifies you otherwise in writing, Card Transactions made or effected via a Tokenised Card will be charged to the Card Account associated with the Card used for enrolment with the relevant Digital Payment Service via the Enabled Device and following which such Tokenised Card was issued. In addition, we may debit the Card Account for unauthorised transactions referred to in Clause 7.3 below. We shall re-credit the Card Account with a corresponding amount where we had previously debited the Card Account for any card transaction for which you are not liable.

  • Suspension of card account Notwithstanding and without prejudice to the other provisions of this agreement, we are entitled at any time in our absolute discretion from a risk management perspective and if required by the relevant authority or under any Law or Regulation, without notice to you and without giving any reason, suspend your right to use the card entirely or in respect of specified facilities.

  • TERMINATION OF CARD ACCOUNT 10.1 Your option to terminate You may terminate your card account if you:-

  • Crediting of Deposits Deposits made after the deposit cutoff time and deposits made on holidays or days other than our business days will be credited to your account on the next business day.

  • Debiting your account 1.1 By signing a Direct Debit Request or by providing us with a valid instruction, you have authorised us to arrange for funds to be debited from your account. You should refer to the Direct Debit Request and this agreement for the terms of the arrangement between us and you.

In the event that amounts shall remain in the Certificate Account in any month following distribution of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for such month, such amounts may be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Mae as compensation for its administrative and guaranty obligations or as reimbursement to Xxxxxx Xxx for any advance by it pursuant to such guaranty obligations under Sections 2.04 and 3.07 hereof. Any amount so withdrawn shall no longer be a part of the Lower Tier REMIC.

  • Change of card account number (a) We may at your request or at any time without incurring any liability or giving any reason, and upon giving you notice, change your card account number; and issue a replacement card; and transfer the total outstanding balance and all credits (if any) from your original card account to the new card account. After we have given you such notice, you must immediately return to us the card cut in half.

  • Debit Card You may use your debit card to purchase goods and services any place your debit card is honored by participating merchants. You agree that you will not use your debit card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state or local law. Funds to cover your debit card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the credit union will pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in automated teller machines of the Credit Union, CO-OP Network, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your debit card to: • Make deposits to your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings and accounts. • Transfer funds from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Obtain balance information for your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Access your Transfer Line of Credit or other line of credit account. • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. • Order goods or services by mail or telephone from places that accept Visa. • Pay bills directly by telephone from your checking or savings account in the amounts and on the days you request The following limitations on the frequency and amount of debit card transactions may apply: • There may be a limit on the number of debit card purchases you make per day. • You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. You may not transfer more than the available balance. • See the Section called “Transfer Limitations” for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. • There are daily withdrawal and purchase limits. You will be notified of these limits by the credit union before you receive your access card.

  • Client Account 4.1 In order to facilitate trading in CFDs, the Company will open a Client Account for the Client, which will be activated upon the Client depositing the minimum initial deposit as determined by the Company in its discretion from time to time.
