Common use of Days Earned Clause in Contracts

Days Earned. An employee who is in paid status for an entire school year will earn eleven (11) days sick leave per year. An employee who is in paid status for less than an entire school year will receive sick leave on a pro-rated basis.

Days Earned. An employee who is in paid status for an entire school year 4 will earn eleven (11) days sick leave per year. An employee who is in paid status for 5 less than an entire school year will receive sick leave on a pro-rated basis.
