Dates for Monthly Payments. If Insurer elects to make Monthly Payments under Article I, Section 1 (b) and the Payment Date is not a date in the calendar month in which a Monthly Payment is due from the Owner to the Named Insured under the Loan Documents, then the first Monthly Payment shall be made on the Payment Date. The second and subsequent Monthly Payments shall be made on the numeric date of the calendar month on which Owner is required under the Loan Documents to make Monthly Payments.
