Date of Posting. No later than May 15 of each school year, the Superintendent shall deliver to the Association, post in all school buildings and include in the "Superintendent's Message" a list of the known vacancies which shall occur during the following school year. Timely notice of position openings will be made by the Superintendent. Teachers who desire a change in assignment are urged to transmit such request to the Superintendent.
