Common use of Date for Payment of Civil Penalty Clause in Contracts

Date for Payment of Civil Penalty. Within three (3) days of the Effective Date, Xxxxxxx’ shall issue two separate checks for the Civil Penalty payment: one check made payable to “OEHHA” in the amount of six thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($6,750.00) and one check made payable to (b) “Xxxx Xxxx” in the amount of two thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($2,250.00). The Civil Penalty payment(s) shall be delivered to the addresses identified in § 3.2, below.

Date for Payment of Civil Penalty. Within three eight (3) 8) days of the Effective Date, Xxxxxxx’ QUARTZ shall collectively issue two separate checks for the Civil Penalty payment: one check made payable to “OEHHA” in the amount of six Two thousand seven two hundred fifty dollars and zero cents ($6,750.00) 2,250.00); and one check made payable to (b) “Xxxx XxxxXxxxxx Xxxxxxx” in the amount of two thousand two Seven hundred fifty dollars and zero cents ($2,250.00750.00). The Civil Penalty payment(s) payments shall be delivered to the addresses identified in § 3.2, below.

Within three (3) days of the Effective Date, Xxxxxxx’ Ishaq shall issue two separate checks for the Civil Penalty payment: one check made payable to “OEHHA” in the amount of six four thousand seven five hundred fifty dollars ($6,750.00) 4,500.00); and one check made payable to (b) “Xxxx Xxxx” in the amount of two one thousand two five hundred fifty dollars ($2,250.001,500.00). The Civil Penalty payment(s) shall be delivered to the addresses identified in § 3.2, below.
