Place of Meeting The annual meeting, or any special meeting of the Members, shall be held in Nashville, Tennessee, unless otherwise designated by them. A waiver of notice, signed by all Members, may designate any place, either within or without the State, as the place for the holding of such meeting. If a special meeting be otherwise called, the place of meeting shall be the office of the Company in the State of Tennessee, except as otherwise provided in Section 5 of this Article.
Place of Meetings All meetings of the shareholders shall be held at the principal office of the Trust or at such other place within the United States as shall be designated by the Trustees or the President of the Trust.
Time and Place of Closing The closing of the transactions contemplated hereby (the "Closing") will take place at 9:00 A.M. on the date that the Effective Time occurs (or the immediately preceding day if the Effective Time is earlier than 9:00 A.M.), or at such other time as the Parties, acting through their authorized officers, may mutually agree. Location of Meetings All meetings of the Operating Committee shall be held in Sydney, New South Wales, or elsewhere as may be decided unanimously by the Operating Committee.
Mandatory Meetings All residential students are required to attend the following building meetings. Time & locations will be communicated by the RAs through individual contact, emails and/or signs in the buildings. A $25 fee will be charged to any students who do not attend without an approved absence.
