Date and Place of Closing. The purchase by Buyer and the sale by Sellers of the Properties as contemplated by this Agreement (the “Closing”) shall be held February 28, 2014 (the “Closing Date”), at the offices of Xxxxx Resources LLC in Midland, Texas. The Parties may mutually agree in writing on a different date and place for the Closing. If the parties agree on a different date for the Closing, the actual date of the Closing shall be the Closing Date.
