Data to be shared. Data Provider agrees, to the extent this information is collected, to provide the Data Recipient with a Limited Data Set, which means that all direct client identifiers have been removed, except those identifiers which are requested in the limited data set. Data provider shall make available in a machine-readable format (e.g. csv) encounter-level information.
