Data Conversion Scope. The following conversion options are a comprehensive list that represents the quoted modules included in the Contractor proposal and considered in scope. Requests to convert data outside of the contracted conversion options or failing to adhere to the noted conversion assumptions in section E.8.2 will be considered out of scope. Data Conversion Scope. Four (4) tenant builds are included in the Scope of this SOW. Data from Client’s copy of current Production systems will be converted into Workday during each of the conversion cycles without data scrambling or masking. Data scrambling or masking is not included in the Scope of this SOW, with the exception of email addresses for all person types which will be masked until the gold/pre-Production build. The tenant builds for this SOW include: • Foundation tenant becomes the configuration tenant (the configuration tenant consists of up to three (3) Workset data loads) • End-to-End tenant • Parallel tenant • Gold/pre-Production tenant The data conversion Scope is further detailed in Appendix E. Cynergy data validation reports will be provided as a starting point for data conversion files. Minor modifications will be necessary for Client specific requirements of additional data points; however, any additional changes to the delivered validation reports are considered out-of-Scope.
Data Conversion Scope. The following data from the Customer’s legacy system has been identified as data needing to be converted to TRAKiT and is included in the services identified in the agreement. During the project, further discussion and discovery will take place and the Customer may request that modifications to the data conversion services scope be performed by SunGard. If the data conversion scope is requested to be modified by Customer, it will become the subject of a separately executed Change Order, which will describe changes in scope of work and payment of fees due for such modified hours/pricing. SunGard has included conversion services and pricing in the Agreement for the conversion services outlined below. Deliverable: Electronic transfer (via FTP or email) of converted database; services to develop conversion software for translation; services to perform data conversion; services to install converted data; services to investigate and correct any errors uncovered during conversion balancing and/or system testing. SunGard does not guarantee the quality of the source data received, but makes reasonable effort to convert all data in the original source that it is provided.   • NETWORK CHANGES 3.1. Sprint shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with §§ 51.325 through 51.335 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Sprint may discontinue any interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. Sprint agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers, which may result from such discontinuance of service.
