Notwithstanding Our obligations under the Data Processing Schedule, You are the only Data Controller (as defined in the applicable data protection law, including the Regulation (EU) 2016/679) of your Customer Data and You are solely responsible for the content and legal sufficiency of your Customer Data. We make no claim of ownership to Customer Data.
