CUSTOMER’S AFFILIATES. The obligations of Data Processor set forth herein will extend to Customer’s Data Controller Affiliates to which Customer provides access to the Subscription Service or whose Personal Data is Processed within the Subscription Service, subject to the following conditions:
CUSTOMER’S AFFILIATES. Customer’s Affiliates shall be included in the license granted pursuant to an applicable Purchase Document and the terms of the Agreement if and only if specifically listed in the applicable Purchase Document. Customer agrees that it shall be responsible for any breach of this Agreement by any of Customer’s Affiliates as if such breach was caused by the direct acts of the Customer.
CUSTOMER’S AFFILIATES. The obligations of Data Processor set forth herein will extend to Data Controller Affiliates to which 4Mation provides the Services or whose Personal Data is Processed within the Services, subject to the following conditions:
CUSTOMER’S AFFILIATES. Customer’s Affiliates may enter into an Order Form with JFrog which references this Agreement, unless Customer indicates otherwise in writing. Customer shall be liable for any breach of this Agreement by its Affiliates.
CUSTOMER’S AFFILIATES. S+N acknowledges and agrees that during the Term Customer may use the Platform by and through one or more of its Affiliates. Customer is fully responsible for the acts and omissions of its Affiliates in connection with the use of the Platform under the Agreement the same as if they were Customer’s acts and omissions.
CUSTOMER’S AFFILIATES. Customer must identify each of its Affiliates, as provided below, before such Affiliates have any rights under this agreement. In addition, the following restrictions apply:
CUSTOMER’S AFFILIATES. Customer may direct that Avalara provide the Professional Services to its Affiliate. Unless Avalara accepts a Services Schedule from an Affiliate or otherwise agrees in writing, (i) the Professional Services will be for the account of Customer, (ii) Avalara will invoice Customer and not its Affiliate for the Professional Services, (iii) Customer shall pay all invoices to Avalara, and (iv) among Customer and its Affiliates, only an entity specified on a Services Schedule may (1) take any action to enforce such entity’s rights and obligations arising from the PS Agreement, or (2) request technical support for such entity with respect to the Professional Services. When an Affiliate of Customer receives the Professional Services, all references to “Customer” in the PS Agreement are deemed to reference the Affiliate, as the context requires.
CUSTOMER’S AFFILIATES. 2.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Contour acknowledges and agrees that Customer:
CUSTOMER’S AFFILIATES. Customer’s Affiliates may purchase Services subject to the terms of this Agreement by executing an Order with Saba under which Affiliate will be bound as Customer hereunder.
CUSTOMER’S AFFILIATES. Company acknowledges and agrees that Customer may use the Services by and through one or more of its Affiliates. Customer is fully responsible for the acts and omissions of its Affiliates in connection with the use of the Services under this Agreement the same as if they were Customer’s acts and omissions.
