Common use of Data Controller instructions Clause in Contracts

Data Controller instructions. Data Processor shall process personal data only within the scope of Data Processor’s obligations under the Agreement and the GDPR, according to documented instructions of Data Controller. This Addendum and the relevant terms of the Agreement constitute documented instructions of Data Controller with respect to the processing of personal data. Data Controller shall be responsible for having all necessary rights to collect and process and to allow collection and processing of all personal data contemplated hereunder.
