Dashboards. Because so many social media platforms are available and many agencies wish to use multiple accounts across platforms, there are programs available to assist agencies in managing all of these in one centralized place.56 For example, HootSuite57 allows users to manage multiple different social media accounts (such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) through a single platform. When logging into HootSuite, users see all of their social me- dia account traffic. It also allows users to schedule and publish content to all of their accounts. Last, HootSuite provides analytics so users can track trends.58 TweetDeck59 is another useful tool, especially for agencies with multiple Twitter accounts (such as across pre- cincts). TweetDeck, like HootSuite, allows for users to manage multiple social media platforms from a single lo- cation,60 but TweetDeck is optimized to manage multiple Twitter accounts. Users can schedule and post tweets, create lists with different search terms to keep track of multiple issues, and set alerts to keep up with emerg- ing information. TweetDeck also allows users to filter searches using criteria such as engagement, number of retweets, favorites, and replies.61
