Common use of DAMAGED LOT Clause in Contracts

DAMAGED LOT. Site holder is responsible for all damages incurred on their lot, including but not limited to, damage done to grass through spinning tires, or heavy tow vehicles, as well as damaged pedestals or sewer pipes which are struck in the move in or out process. This damage must be reported and replaced as soon as possible following the incident.
