Common use of Damaged Glasses Clause in Contracts

Damaged Glasses. 275 Safety glasses damaged without the fault of the employee will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the employee; however, it will be the employee’s responsibility to maintain the glasses in acceptable condition and to replace them if they are lost, or if they are damaged through misuse or improper care.
