Common use of Damage Caused by the Contractor Clause in Contracts

Damage Caused by the Contractor. All damage to the Premises or to the Airport in any way caused by the Contractor or its agents, employees, contractors, visitors, guests or invites, shall be repaired at the expense of the Contractor. In the event of such damage, the Authority shall have the option to make such repairs as are necessary, and any charge, costs, or damages so incurred by the Authority shall be paid by the Contractor.
