Payment Frequency As of the Cutoff Date and as shown on the books of CNHCA: (A) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value equal to 76.88% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had annual scheduled payments, (B) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value equal to 2.70% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had semi-annual scheduled payments, (C) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value equal to 0.79% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had quarterly scheduled payments, (D) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value equal to 17.19% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had monthly scheduled payments, and (E) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value equal to 2.45% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had irregularly scheduled payments.
Frequency Your milk must be supplied on a consistent basis throughout the week on either a daily or skip-a-day basis as agreed by you and DFMC, except in emergencies. DFMC has no obligation to collect your milk more frequently than once per day, but may agree to do so from time to time. If, at DFMC’s election, your milk is collected more frequently than you require, no Gate Fees or charges will apply for the additional collections.
Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).
Transponders will be assigned to each covert vehicle and are to be stored in the glove compartment, console or other secure place within the assigned vehicle when not in use.
Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product. Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practical for changes associated with regulatory or health and safety issues.
Site Visits The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.
Stability Testing Patheon may be requested to conduct stability testing on the Products in accordance with the protocols set out in the Specifications for the separate fees and during the time periods set out in Schedule C to a Product Agreement. Patheon will not make any changes to these testing protocols without prior written approval from Client. If a confirmed stability test failure occurs, Patheon will notify Client within one Business Day, after which Patheon and Client will jointly determine the proceedings and methods to be undertaken to investigate the cause of the failure, including which party will bear the cost of the investigation. Patheon will not be liable for these costs unless it has failed to perform the Manufacturing Services in accordance with the Specifications, cGMPs, and Applicable Laws. Patheon will give Client ail stability test data and results at Client’s request.
Premium Prices Whenever Material is not readily obtainable at published or listed prices because of national emergencies, strikes or other unusual causes over which the Operator has no control, the Operator may charge the Joint Account for the required Material at the Operator's actual cost incurred in providing such Material, in making it suitable for use, and in moving it to the Joint Property; provided notice in writing is furnished to Non-Operators of the proposed charge prior to billing Non-Operators for such Material. Each Non-Operator shall have the right, by so electing and notifying Operator within ten days after receiving notice from Operator, to furnish in kind all or part of his share of such Material suitable for use and acceptable to Operator.
Scheduling i) The designated employer will provide the employee with their schedule of shifts in accordance with the collective agreement for both homes. Launch Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to begin distribution of the Google Desktop Applications promptly following the launch of the Desktop Portal.
