Cutoff Times. We reserve the right to require notice at least three business days in advance in order to cancel or amend an ACH payment order. If we do accept a request to amend or cancel an ACH payment order in fewer than three business days of the post date, and have a reasonable time to act on the request, an attempt to accept the request will be made but we will not be responsible. All other transfers, payment orders, and communications canceling or amending payment orders received after 2:30 p.m. on each weekday we are open that is not a holiday may be treated as having been received on the next banking day and processed accordingly. All transfers received will be reviewed and processed within a commercially reasonable time, generally within one business day.
