Customers in Australia. The terms in this Section 2 are applicable to any Customer who obtains its license key(s) from QlikTech Australia Pty Ltd or is subject to the governing law of Australia as set forth in Table 1 of this Agreement; and designates an address on an Order Form in Australia.
