Authorized Third Parties. If Customer chooses to have an Authorized Third Party access Qlik Cloud Services on its behalf, including Qlik employees accessing Qlik Cloud Services at Customer’s request, Customer acknowledges that Customer, and not Qlik, is solely responsible and liable for (i) the acts and omissions of such Authorized Third Party in connection with Qlik Cloud Services; (ii) any Content that Customer requests or instructs the Authorized Third Party to include in Qlik Cloud Services; and (iii) the issuance, removal and/or deactivation of the credentials issued for such Authorized Third Party.

Authorized Third Parties. Licensee may exercise the rights grant herein either directly through the service of its own employees, independent contractors, outsourcing company, hosting company, facilities management company or similar services companies provided that third parties: (a) do not disclose or distribute any part of the Product; (b) maintain the confidentiality of the Product; and (c) do not violate Licensor’s proprietary rights in the Product. In no event shall LICENSEE ever enable access to the Product by any third party competitor of Licensor that LICENSEE knows to be a competitor of Licensor.
Authorized Third Parties. 7.1 You may permit an Authorized Third Party to use the Services We supply to You under this Agreement. Further, if Customer requests or instructs a Authorized Third Party to import or upload Content to the SaaS Services, such actions by the Authorized Third Party shall be deemed to be the actions of Customer. For purposes of this Section 2.5, Authorized Third Parties include Qlik employees accessing the SaaS Services at the request of Customer.
Authorized Third Parties. Notwithstanding the confidentiality and non- disclosure provisions above, the Undersigned may furnish the Confidential Information to the Undersigned’s attorneys, accountants, or other professional advisors, along with potential partners, investors, provided, however, that all such parties shall certify to the Undersigned in writing that they are bound by the terms of this Agreement and ratify the substance hereof. Such written assurances shall be provided to the Owner or the Owner’s designated representative(s) upon request.
Authorized Third Parties. CONSULTANT may engage member firms of the CONSULTANT’S network of independent firms and/or affiliated third-party providers ("CONSULTANT Resources"), which may be in or outside the United States, to assist in the performance of the services. CONSULTANT remains responsible to the CITY for the performance of such Services, and adherence to obligations of confidentiality, by any CONSULTANT Resources to the same extent CONSULTANT is obligated under the terms of this Agreement. In addition, the CITY acknowledges and agrees that third party service providers., ("Vendors") may have access to confidential information from offshore locations and that the CONSULTANT uses Vendors within and outside of the United States to provide at CONSULTANT'S direction administrative or clerical services to CONSULTANT. These Vendors may in the performance of such services have access to the CITY'S confidential information. CONSULTANT represents to the CITY that with respect to each Vendor, CONSULTANT has technical, legal and/or other safeguards, measures, and controls in place to protect Confidential Information of the CITY from unauthorized disclosure or use.

Authorized Third Parties. Licensee shall be entitled to authorize third party distributors, platforms and/or resellers in connection with the offering, sale and distribution of the Service and other third party subcontractors to exercise Licensee’s rights hereunder, including but not limited to for purposes of serving, hosting, data processing, communications, storage, encoding, fulfillment, financial, billing and collection, marketing, promotion and distribution of the Service.
Authorized Third Parties. The Service Provider reserves the right to allow third parties to provide any necessary services to the Service Provider and/or to Users to enable the Service Provider to provide the Service.
