Common use of Customer Clause in Contracts

Customer. The term “Customer” means any Person with whom, as of the effective date of termination of this Agreement or during Employee’s employment with the Bank, the Bank has or has had a depository, loan and/or other banking relationship.

Customer. The term “CustomerCustomer of the Bank” means any Person with whom, as of the effective date of termination of this Agreement or during Employee’s employment with the Bank, whom the Bank has a depository or has had a depositoryloan relationship, loan and/or to whom the Bank provides any other banking relationshipservice or product.

Customer. The term “Customer” means (A) any Person with whom, as of the effective date of termination of this Agreement or during Employee’s employment with the Bank, the Bank has or has had a depository, loan and/or other banking relationship, or (B) any Person with whom, as of the effective date of termination of this Agreement or during the last twelve (12) months of Employee’s employment with the Bank, the Bank has or has had a depository, loan and/or other banking relationship and with whom Employee had dealings on behalf of the Bank in the course of his employment with the Bank.
