Common use of Customer Records Clause in Contracts

Customer Records. Customer shall keep complete and accurate records of its operations hereunder and shall maintain such data as may be necessary to determine with reasonable accuracy any item relevant to this Agreement. Provider shall have the right to examine all such records insofar as may be necessary for the purpose of ascertaining the reasonableness and accuracy of any statements of costs relating to transactions hereunder.
