Common use of Customer-Provided Equipment Clause in Contracts

Customer-Provided Equipment. Xxxxx 0 may install certain Customer provided communications equipment upon installation of Service and the Facilities, but unless otherwise agreed by Level 3 in writing, Level 3 shall not thereafter be responsible for the operation or maintenance of any Customer provided communication equipment. Level 3 shall not be responsible for the transmission or reception of signals by Customer-provided equipment or for the quality of, or defects in, such transmission.
