Custom Engineering Services. Licensor agrees to provide NRE services as determined by Creative and subject to Licensor's review, which review shall result, within ten (10) business days of Licensor's receipt of a written request from Creative for such Custom Engineering Services, in a written indication by Licensor, that Licensor either (i) accepts the request for services; or (ii) rejects the request due to lack of resources, which may include time and/or manpower. Ownership in any product or technology derived from such Custom Engineering Services shall be in and to Creative.
