Engineering Team Sample Clauses

The 'Engineering Team' clause defines the composition, responsibilities, and qualifications of the group of engineers assigned to a project. Typically, it outlines which roles are required (such as lead engineer, project manager, or specialists), the minimum experience or certifications needed, and the process for approving or replacing team members. This clause ensures that the project is staffed with appropriately skilled personnel, thereby reducing the risk of delays or quality issues due to inadequate expertise.
