CSC. In order to apply for a CSC through the Service, You must complete the Registry’s application form, attached hereto as Exhibit 1, for each CSC that You would like to register and pay the requisite fees set forth in Section 8 below. For each application, the person/entity listed in the “Content Provider details” must be the actual Content Provider (as defined above). Once You have submitted a completed application, Registry will send an email confirming it has received Your application. You must retain the confirmation e-mail for each application You submit. You also may review detailed instructions to complete and submit an application by reviewing Registry’s INSTRUCTIONS. You agree to: (1) provide certain true, current, complete and accurate information during the application process; and (2) maintain and update such information according to Registry’s modification procedures as needed to keep it current, complete and accurate.
CSC. 4.2.1 CSC shall act on all applications for admission under this agreement in a timely manner.
4.2.2 CSC shall award GPU students the appropriate CSC degree upon successful completion of coursework and satisfaction of all other graduation requirements for their respective degree.
CSC. Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 9.9 above, if at any time after the delivery of the Premises to the Tenant but before the issue of the CSC (or its equivalent) in respect of the Building, any governmental, statutory or other competent authority having jurisdiction over or in respect of the Premises or the user thereof requests, requires, notifies or orders any alterations, additions, conversions, improvements or other works to be made/carried out to the Premises, the Tenant shall at all times permit the Landlord and its workmen and agents to enter upon the Premises for the purpose of making or carrying out any such alterations, additions, conversions, improvements or other works. The Tenant shall, if so requested by the Landlord, remove such of the Tenant's installations, machinery, furniture, fixtures or articles as the Landlord may specify in order to facilitate or enable the Landlord and its workmen and agents to carry out the necessary works.
CSC. CSC hereby represents and warrants that (i) CSC is free to enter into this Test Agreement and to grant the rights herein granted without violating the rights of any third party and is not subject to any obligations which would have a material adverse effect on CSC’s ability to substantially perform its obligations hereunder; (ii) CSC will comply with all laws, regulations, orders and ordinances applicable to its performance of this Test Agreement as set forth herein; and (iii) at no time during the Term will CSC disparage its association with RMCF or any RMCF product or service. CSC further represents and warrants that it has the requisite power and authority to bind its parent company, Kahala Franchise Corp., to the extent necessary to effect the transactions contemplated by this Test Agreement.
