CRM Synchronization. Without prejudice to section 4.1 and subject to the Subscription Plan and the applicable Channel Terms, Customer may, at its option, synchronize to its CRM system the information received from the Channels. In using this Feature, Customer shall at all times ensure that it acts in full compliance with applicable Data Protection Laws.
