Common use of Criticism Clause in Contracts

Criticism. Any questions or criticism by a supervisor, administrator, or Board member of a teacher and his/her instructional methodology shall be made in confidence and not in the presence of students, patrons or other public gatherings. This does not prohibit teachers and Board members from sharing non-confidential concerns with each other at Board meetings.
