Common use of Criminal Background Check Clause in Contracts

Criminal Background Check. It is the Responsibility of COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC ALLOVER HEALTHCARE GROUP to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC ALLOVER HEALTHCARE GROUP may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC ALLOVER HEALTHCARE GROUP makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC COLLABORATIVE HEALING, LLC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC COLLABORATIVE HEALING, LLC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC Collaborative Healing, LLC. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

INC to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-5- 557. COMMUNITY OPTIONS L.I.F.E. INC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS L.I.F.E. INC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC THE ARC OF XXXXXXXXX COUNTY may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC THE ARC OF XXXXXXXXX COUNTY makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC CHESAPEAKE CENTER, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC Chesapeake Center, Inc. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC CONVERSION HEALTH SYSTEM may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC Conversion Health System makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC MID ATLANTIC HUMAN SERVICE CORPORATION to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC MID ATLANTIC HUMAN SERVICE CORPORATION may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC MID ATLANTIC HUMAN SERVICE CORPORATION makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

COMMUNITY OPTIONS THE ARC BALTIMORE, INC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS THE ARC BALTIMORE, INC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC THERAPEUTIC WELLNESS CORP to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC THERAPEUTIC WELLNESS CORP may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC Therapeutic Wellness Corp makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

Criminal Background Check. It is the Responsibility of COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC FAMILY SERVICES, INC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC FAMILY SERVICES, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC FAMILY SERVICES, INC. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC PENN-MAR HUMAN SERVICES may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC PENN-MAR HUMAN SERVICES makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of MOSAIC COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC SERVICES to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. MOSAIC COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC SERVICES may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the MOSAIC COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC SERVICES makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

Criminal Background Check. It is the Responsibility of COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC MEANINGFUL WORK, LLC to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC MEANINGFUL WORK, LLC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC MEANINGFUL WORK, LLC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC KARINA ASSOCIATION, INC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC KARINA ASSOCIATION, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC HKNC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

Criminal Background Check. It is the Responsibility of COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC Lower Shore Enterprises makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of UNIFIED COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC CONNECTIONS to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. UNIFIED COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC CONNECTIONS may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the UNIFIED COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC CONNECTIONS makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC CAREER CONNECTIONS, LLC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC CAREER CONNECTIONS, LLC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC CAREER CONNECTIONS, LLC. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.
