Crews, Etc. (a) Contractor shall be responsible for providing all crews (flight and cabin), maintenance personnel, aircraft ground movement teams and other staff necessary to operate the Scheduled Flights and for all aspects (personnel and other) of dispatch control in each case pursuant to this Section 4.1 and, as applicable, in accordance with Exhibit P.
Crews, Etc. (a) Contractor shall be responsible for providing all crews (flight and cabin) and maintenance personnel and, at Contractor Airports, gate agents and other ground personnel, necessary to operate the Scheduled Flights and for all aspects (personnel and other) of dispatch control.
(b) Contractor agrees to give any furloughed Continental pilot preferential interview status for any pilot openings that may occur at Contractor consistent with Contractor's commitments concerning pilots of other carriers. Any furloughed Continental pilot hired by Contractor shall be required to comply with all standard terms and conditions of employment applicable to employees of Contractor, but will not be required by Contractor to resign from Continental as a condition for applying or being employed as a pilot of Contractor.

(a) Contractor shall be responsible for providing all crews (flight and cabin, maintenance personnel, gate agents and other ground personnel), necessary to operate the Scheduled Flights and for all aspects (personnel and other) of dispatch control, in each case except as such persons are provided by United pursuant to the Master Facility and Ground Handling Agreement. With respect to ground handling services, Contractor agrees that it will not subcontract the performance of any such services to any party that is not an Affiliate of Contractor without United’s prior approval; provided that any party utilized to perform similar services at the applicable airport by United for flights operated by United shall be deemed approved by United for use by Contractor in performing such services for Scheduled Flights.
(b) Contractor agrees to give United pilots who remain on United’s relevant seniority list preferential interview status for any pilot openings that may occur at Contractor, unless such status is in conflict with Contractor’s commitments concerning employees of other carriers in effect as of the date hereof. Any furloughed United pilot hired by Contractor shall be required to comply with all standard terms and conditions of employment applicable to employees of Contractor, but will not be required by Contractor to resign his or her seniority position with United as a condition for applying or being employed by Contractor.
(c) United shall confer with Parent prior to offering any flow through agreement to pilots of Parent’s subsidiaries.

RAI shall be responsible for providing all crews (flight and cabin) and maintenance personnel necessary to operate the Scheduled Flights and for all aspects (personnel and other) of dispatch control. Flight crews will be domiciled in Denver, Colorado and Indianapolis, Indiana and any other location deemed suitable for RAI’s staffing requirements. RAI will maintain pilot reserves sufficient to achieve performance objectives set forth in Section 4.03, but no lower than [* ], throughout the Term. RAI pilots will wear neutral uniforms with RAI logo items. RAI flight attendants will wear neutral uniforms with accessories displaying approved Frontier Marks and designs. RAI flight attendants will obtain Frontier branded accessories through Frontier or its approved vendor (subject to the vendor’s approval), and will be responsible for all costs and expenses, including shipping, relating to their orders.

(b) Continental agrees to give Contractor pilots preferential interview status for any pilot opening that may occur at Continental, consistent with commitments concerning pilots of other carriers. Contractor agrees to give any furloughed Continental pilot preferential interview status for any pilot openings that may occur at Contractor consistent with Contractor’s commitments concerning pilots of other carriers. Any furloughed Continental pilot hired by Contractor shall be required to comply with all standard terms and conditions of employment applicable to employees of Contractor, but will not be required by Contractor to resign from Continental as a condition for applying or being employed as a pilot of Contractor.

Flight crews will be domiciled in any location deemed suitable by RAI to satisfy RAI’s staffing requirements. RAI pilots will wear neutral uniforms with RAI logo items. RAI flight attendants will wear neutral uniforms with accessories displaying approved Midwest Marks and designs. RAI flight attendants will obtain Midwest branded accessories through Midwest or its approved vendor (subject to the vendor’s approval), and will be responsible for all costs and expenses, including shipping, relating to their orders.

Shuttle shall be responsible for providing all crews (flight and cabin) and maintenance personnel necessary to operate the Scheduled Flights and for all aspects (personnel and other) of dispatch control. Flight crews will be domiciled in Honolulu, Hawaii and any other location deemed suitable for Shuttle’s staffing requirements. Shuttle pilots will wear neutral uniforms with Shuttle logo items. Shuttle flight attendants will wear neutral uniforms with accessories displaying approved Mokulele Marks and designs. Shuttle flight attendants will obtain Mokulele branded accessories through Mokulele or its approved vendor (subject to the vendor’s approval), and Mokulele will be responsible for all costs and expenses, including shipping, relating to their orders. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at its election, Mokulele may provide alternative “Hawaii style” uniforms for pilots and flight crew; provided that, any such alternate uniforms would be subject to the approval of Shuttle and provided at the sole cost and expense of Mokulele.

(a) Contractor shall be responsible for providing all crews (flight and cabin), maintenance personnel, gate agents and other ground personnel necessary to operate the Scheduled Flights and for all aspects (personnel and other) of dispatch control (in each case except as such persons are provided by Continental pursuant to the Master Facility and Ground Handling Agreement), and with respect to ground handling services, Contractor agrees that it will not subcontract the performance of any such services to any party that is not a Subsidiary of Carrier or Parent without Continental’s prior approval; provided, that, any party utilized to perform similar services at the applicable airport by Continental for flights operated by Continental shall be deemed approved by Continental for use by Contractor in performing such services for Scheduled Flights, and provided further that, at any Continental Hub Airport, Parent or a Subsidiary of Parent that is reasonably acceptable to Continental shall provide such services, unless otherwise approved in advance by Continental.
