Credit for Advanced Professional Training. Credit for professional training shall be as shown below in addition to the basic salary. MA + 15 $1,100 MA + 30 $2,200 Education Specialist or equivalent $3,200 Doctorate $4,300 Only one of the above allowances shall be permitted to each administrator. Whether the MA + 15 and MA + 30 requirement has been met and is in the proper field shall be the decision of the Superintendent, subject to the grievance procedure.
