The credit card that can be registered by the Member as a means of payment for the Service shall show one of the marks listed below and shall be issued in the name of the Member. Some credit cards may not be usable at the discretion of the company that issued the relevant credit card.

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date.   • Security for Payment To secure payment of all obligations due hereunder, the Customer hereby grants to Custodian a continuing security interest in and right of setoff against each Account and all Property held therein from time to time in the full amount of such obligations; provided that, if there is more than one Account and the obligations secured pursuant to this Section can be allocated to a specific Account or the Portfolio related to such Account, such security interest and right of setoff will be limited to Property held for that Account only and its related Portfolio.
