Common use of Credit Amount Clause in Contracts

Credit Amount. If, at any time, (A) the Revolver Usage plus the Letter of Credit Usage plus the unreimbursed amounts in respect of drawn Letters of Credit on such date exceeds (B) the Credit Amount (such excess being referred to as the “Credit Amount Excess”), then Borrowers shall immediately prepay the Obligations in accordance with Section 2.4(f) in an aggregate amount equal to the Credit Amount Excess.
