Line of Credit Amount. (a) During the availability period described below, the Bank will provide a line of credit to the Borrowers. The amount of the line of credit (the “Facility No. 1 Commitment”) is Twenty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($20,000,000.00).

As of the date hereof, FIA Services, Inc. has agreed to provide a card program to the Borrower (“Card Program”) in the amount of Fifteen Million and 00/100 Dollars ($15,000,000.00). In no event shall the Facility No. 1 Commitment together with the commitment under the Card Program exceed at any time Twenty Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($25,000,000.00).
