Common use of Credit Amount Clause in Contracts

Credit Amount. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, the Lenders severally agree that they shall from time to time to but not including the Revolving Loan Maturity Date (as that term and capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein are defined in Paragraph 15 below), make revolving loans (the “Revolving Loans” or a “Revolving Loan”) to the Company, pro rata in accordance with their respective Percentage Shares, in an aggregate amount not to exceed at any one time outstanding the lesser of:
