Covers. (1) ARTISTS will be paid no less than one-half (½) the minimum per performance compensation for each performance covered. In addition, if the ARTIST performs the role, the ARTIST shall be paid no less than the balance of the minimum compensation due for that performance. (2) All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply to covers.
