Common use of Covered Service Member Clause in Contracts

Covered Service Member. A member of the Armed Forces, including a member of the National Guard or Reserves, who is undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, or therapy, is otherwise in outpatient status, or is otherwise on the temporary disability retired list for a serious injury or illness.

Covered Service Member. A current member of the Regular Armed Forces, including a member of the National Guard Guard, or Reserves, who is undergoing Reserve receiving medical treatment, recuperation, recuperation or therapy, is otherwise in outpatient status, or is otherwise therapy including those on the temporary disability retired list for a serious because of an injury or illnessillness incurred in the line of active duty.

Covered Service Member. A member or veteran of the United States Armed Forces, including a member of the National Guard or Reserves, Reserves who is undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, or therapy, ; is otherwise in outpatient status, ; or is otherwise on the temporary disability retired list for a serious injury or illness.

Covered Service Member. A member of the Armed Forces, including a member of the National Guard or Reserves, who is undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, or therapy, is otherwise in outpatient status, or is otherwise on the temporary disability retired list list, for a serious injury illness or illnessinjury.
