COVENANTORS. The Covenantors are jointly and severally liable with the Vendor to perform and comply with all obligations of the Vendor hereunder.
COVENANTORS. The Covenantors in consideration of the Purchaser Group entering into and performing this Agreement covenant for their benefit to cause the Vendors to perform these obligations under this Agreement and to the extent that the Vendors fail to do so the Purchaser may claim against the Covenantors directly for any loss or damage incurred by the Purchaser.
