Court Leave for Non-Job Related Court Appearances. A. Court leave with pay will be granted to a full-time employee who is subpoenaed for any non-job related court or jury duty by the United States, the State of Ohio or a political sub-division. Court leave with pay will be granted to any employee subpoenaed and required to appear as a plaintiff, witness, or defendant in any criminal or civil matter.
