Common use of Court Hearings Clause in Contracts

Court Hearings. An Employee subpoenaed by a court as a defendant or witness as the result of performing management duties and responsibilities shall be compensated for the difference between the Employee’s regular daily salary and witness fees for each duty day of absence. This shall not apply to court cases initiated by the Employee against the School District.
