Common use of County Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

County Responsibilities. In addition to such responsibilities as may be set forth in this Agreement, County shall have the following specific responsibilities: Provide Consultant with access to all pertinent County records, documents, books, manuals, regulations, ordinances, resolutions or other resources requested by Consultant that are relevant to the task. Provide Consultant with access to County staff and officials for consultation purposes, as may be necessary to provide the Services.

County Responsibilities. In addition to such responsibilities as may be set forth in this Agreement, County shall have the following specific responsibilities: Provide Consultant Contractor with access to all pertinent County records, documents, books, manuals, regulations, ordinances, resolutions or other resources requested by Consultant Contractor that are relevant to the task. Provide Consultant Contractor with access to County staff and officials for consultation purposes, as may be necessary to provide the Services.

Physician. b. Provide Consultant Physician with access to all County staff and officials for consultation purposes, as may be necessary to provide the Services.

In addition to such responsibilities as may be set forth in this Agreement, County shall have the following specific responsibilities: Provide Consultant Contractor with access to all pertinent County records, documents, books, manuals, regulations, ordinances, resolutions or other resources requested by Consultant that are relevant to the taskContractor. Provide Consultant Contractor with access to all County staff and officials for consultation purposes, as may be necessary to provide the Services.

Provide Consultant Contractor with access to all pertinent County records, documents, books, manuals, regulations, ordinances, resolutions or other resources requested by Consultant that are relevant telecommunications and radio equipment and facilities as necessary to perform the task. Services. b. Provide Consultant Contractor with access to County staff and officials for consultation purposes, purposes as may be necessary in order to provide the Services.

County Responsibilities. In addition to such responsibilities as may be set forth in this Agreement, County shall have the following specific responsibilities: Provide Consultant responsibility to provide Medical Officer with access to all pertinent County records, documents, books, manuals, regulations, ordinances, resolutions or other resources requested by Consultant that are relevant to the task. Provide Consultant with access to County staff and officials for consultation purposes, as may be necessary to provide the Servicesservices.
