County Representatives. It is understood by the parties that the Ouray County Administrator, the Ouray County Planning Director and the Ouray County Road and Bridge Superintendent may request services from the Contractor. In each instance, the Contractor is authorized to coordinate directly with such Ouray County representatives. All requests for contract interpretations, changes, clarifications, or instructions, however, shall be directed to the Ouray County Administrator.
