County Representatives. It is expressly understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto that the officers, officials, employees and agents of the County are acting in a representative capacity for the County of Suffolk and not for their own benefit, and that neither Lessee nor any occupant of the Premises shall have any claim against them or any of them as individuals in any event whatsoever.
