County Representatives. The Sheriff of Le Sueur County or his/her designee shall interface with the Animal Control Officer with respect to the work to be performed under this contract; the county representative shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define the County’s policy and decisions with respect to the services provided or materials, equipment, elements and systems pertinent to the work covered by this contract.
